The Chef Pascal Guellec and his team offer seasonal cuisine prepared according to market availability. Between tradition and gourmet treats, the dishes succeed one another in a procession of delicacies that will delight you. Burgundy gastronomy is widely represented: snails from Burgundy, lentils from Yonne, white asparagus from Yonne, trout from Yonne, cheese, and more.

All the dishes can be savoured in a dining room decorated in an elegant style which is open to the lush park and the Golf du Roncemay , a famous 18-hole golf course in Burgundy. For a before-dinner drink, meet up at the lounge bar, and, when the weather is fine, make your way to the sunny terrace.

To accompany your meal at the Roncemay , we offer an extensive wine list. Regional wines are given pride of place: Auxerrois, Jovinien, Chablis, as well as Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, Burgundy vintages. The Bistro

Open to all, the Bistro welcomes gourmets looking for a rural setting and "home-made" cuisine . In a relaxed atmosphere, savour the different seasonal dishes served as a buffet: salads, cold meats, fish, shellfish, selection of desserts, and more.

The Bistro also serves dishes of the day, tartares or stews, fish, chitterling sausages, burgers, and more in the dining room or on the terrace.

On the edge of the park and the Roncemay International Golf Course , enjoy lunch in a rural and restful setting. Ideal for a day spent on the green, for a Sunday with the family, or for lunch with friends in the sun.
