Orchestrating work in the kitchen, Chef Pascal Guellec serves up locavore cuisine, drawing his inspiration from local and regional producers. On the sunny terrace, take time to enjoy an aperitif and savour the fruits of the Earth.
The dishes are complemented by a selection of fine wines. Burgundy has an exceptional wine-producing heritage and boasts superb wines made with famous grape varieties. These wines can be admired in a transparent cellar of 500 bottles in our gourmet restaurant. Regional wines, such as Joigny and Côte de Beaune will delight your taste buds with their exquisite flavours. Burgundy wines (Auxerrois, Jovinien, Chablis, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits) sit alongside wines from many other regions of France in our cellar.

Open to all, the Bistro of Le Domaine du Roncemay welcomes all food lovers looking for a pleasant rural setting, on the edge of the grounds and 18-hole golf course, with home-made cuisine. On the terrace or in the dining room, you can enjoy the buffet menu as a family or with friends. It includes various starters, a hot main course, such as the bistronomic famous 'Burger du Chef', and a delicious dessert selection, offering an experience for all the senses.
The estate's Club House serves various snacks, ice creams and drinks.
